About

We're a team of passionate thinkers and doers, building with purpose and clarity. We're moms in every season — best friends, lovers of life and joy, and women who believe that a well-organized space can change everything.

We started Organize DFW because we saw how often life gets heavy. The clutter piles up. The systems break down. The chaos starts to feel normal. But we've also seen what happens when it all shifts — when a room finally breathes, when a family finds their rhythm, when someone says, "I didn't know it could feel like this."

We are so lucky and humbled to work with the incredible families and businesses who invite us into their spaces and their lives. Whether it's healing, a fresh start, or just a little more room to breathe — you allow us to be part of that journey, and we don't take it lightly.

We bring the sunshine. We bring the systems. And we bring a whole lot of joy.

Let's make space for what matters.

MEET THE TEAM

HOLLI RIDDLE

chief organizing officer

I’m Holli Riddle, a tired mom, maybe, just like you, and your dedicated professional organizer in Dallas. I understand the challenges of balancing family life while maintaining order and peace.

This isn’t just a business for me—it’s a reflection of my beliefs and my gift to the world. I cherish the connections I make with clients who often become friends. I aim to create an easy and calm way to tackle the emotions that come with decluttering. Don’t worry, I won’t make you throw everything away! It’s a little therapy, a lot of organizing, and a confident ending with hugs and maybe some happy tears.

With 18 years of experience, I’m passionate about helping families and business owners become more productive without the overwhelm. My goal is to develop custom systems that enhance your daily life, bringing balance and tranquility to your home or workspace. I know how chaotic life can be, and I’m here to support you on this journey—no judgment, just a friendly hand to help you reclaim your space and time.

Ready to get organized? I’ve got your back!

Rheonna croy

RHEONNA CROY
Home Happiness Consultant

Rheonna is a Fort Worth girl through and through — born and raised, with roots that run deep in this community. Before becoming an organizer, she owned and operated a record store for years, where she learned that every great space tells a story.

Her background in project management and event planning gave her the skills to manage logistics, create systems, and keep things running smoothly — even when life gets chaotic. But it's her role as a mom to two incredible kids that taught her what really matters: making space for what you love.

Rheonna always brings the sunshine and rainbows. She's the one who keeps the energy up, the music playing, and the vibes positive — yes, she's likely DJing while she works. Her approach is warm, judgment-free, and built on the belief that organization isn't about perfection. It's about finding joy in the clutter, creating systems that actually work for your family, and freeing up time for what matters most.

She loves helping families discover that a little bit of structure can unlock a whole lot of happiness.

ADRAIN HANEY

EFFICIENCY ENGINEER & PLANT

Adrain Haney is a Texas native and former corporate executive who traded the boardroom for a slower, more joy-filled pace of life. And honestly? She's never looked back.

After years of leading with strategy, precision, and a whole lot of grit, Adrain now brings that same badass energy to creating spaces that feel calm, functional, and beautiful — both indoors and out. She specializes in working alongside household managers to build systems that improve daily flow, reduce stress, and make a home actually work for the people who live in it.

But Adrain's passion doesn't stop at the front door.

She's also the founder of Lavender Lane Landscapes — a true passion project for this second season of life. More than just a landscape design company, Lavender Lane creates serene, enchanting outdoor spaces that captivate the senses and elevate the spirit. Every project is rooted in a deep appreciation for nature, sustainability, and the unique preferences of each client, with a focus on the timeless charm of native Texas plants.

Whether she's decluttering a kitchen, streamlining a family's daily routines, or designing a garden that feels like a retreat, Adrain brings the same thing to everything she does: heart, experience, and a genuine love for helping people find more joy in the space they live in.
